A defit removes a tenant's fit-out (partitions, ceilings, joinery, floor coverings) and leaves the building itself standing, usually for end of lease. A demolition takes down part or all of the structure. Plenty of jobs sit somewhere in between, and we'll tell you which one you actually need.
It depends on the job size and our schedule at the time. Smaller strip-outs can often start quickly. Anything needing approvals or asbestos work has steps that can't be skipped. Call us and we'll give you an honest date.
Yes. Asbestos removal is carried out under the appropriate licence (licence class [TBC]), with containment, compliant disposal and clearance from an independent assessor where required.
Yes. Removal and disposal is part of the job. Waste goes to licensed facilities and we recycle what we can. We leave the site swept.
Yes. Nights and weekends can be arranged to suit building rules, tenants and your program.
