I recently had Omar from OZbuild & Maintenance complete a demo job at my place, gutting out two large bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Omar was quick to respond to my request through Hi Pages, offered a competitive price, kept me updated throughout the process with prompt and clear communication both over the phone and txt msg - from first contact to demo complete all within 6 days, truely unbelievable!! Sam and Colin, who attended the site, were respectful, professional, and genuinely friendly to deal with. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and cleaned up thoroughly, so I was left with nothing further to do. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in the process. On top of that, the team went above and beyond by accommodating my request to take extra material on site at a discounted rate. This level of flexibility and customer focus is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you Omar, Sam and Colin for making what could have been a stressful job such a smooth and positive experience. Omar and his team worked on the demolition of our 3 bathrooms and I was so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, customer  care and the above and beyond care that was taken to ensure every step was meticulously planned out. We had unexpected things come up that we did not anticipate and Omar took this time to explain everything.  From the moment the team walked in, our floors and stairs were padded up with quality drop sheets. We had covered some of the furniture and we thought we were set so I was so pleasantly surprised how above and beyond the team went to add more covers on other items without us even asking. With 3 bathrooms all demolished at the same time, the house looked like Ground Zero but the minute everything was done, the clean up the was amazingly clean! On top of that, the team are so efficient and massive call out to Sam who checked everything and got us ready with more drop sheets in preparation for the next crew - while this was not Sam or Omar's job at all, they took their time to ensure they helped us.
