Most knockdowns need approval, either a DA or a Complying Development Certificate. Your certifier or council has the final say.
Disconnections have to be done by the relevant authorities or licensed trades. We coordinate the sequence so nothing holds up the job.
It's sorted, loaded and taken to licensed facilities. Concrete, brick and metal are recycled wherever possible.
